Emily Lay is a (super!) senior attending Texas A&M University.
She is in the Bachelor of Arts program of Horticultural Sciences with a minor in Economics.
Before attending Texas A&M University in 2014, Emily attended culinary school at the State University of New York at Cobleskill and was awarded an
Associate of Applied Sciences in Restaurant Management in May of 2014.
Emily's passions include; good food, fine wine, floral design, and making people happy.
She hopes to find a job in the hospitality, management, or retail industries upon graduation in
May of 2017.
